She is a specialist in both brow and lip tattooing, offering clients flawless, long-lasting results. Jess
Jess has been an essential part of the team for three years, bringing precision and care to every service she offers. She started her journey with no prior experience and was fully trained by Scarlett, developing a keen eye for detail and a talent for enhancing natural beauty. Jess works every Friday and one Saturday a month, specialising in brow sculpting, laminations, lash lifts, and Ombré brow tattooing. Her dedication to perfecting her craft ensures that every client leaves feeling polished and empowered.
Ruth
Ruth joined the Scarlett Brow Studio team at the end of 2025 after relocating from Ireland, bringing with her a wealth of international experience and over 10 professional certifications, including her Diploma. Fully trained in the Scarlett Brow Studio way, Ruth specialises in brows, lashes and skin, with a strong focus on precision, results and exceptional client care. Her calm, thoughtful approach and attention to detail ensure every client feels comfortable, confident and beautifully looked after.
